Our process

1. 1

   Design consult

   We look at samples, your home, and the site together to land on a look.

2. 2

   Mockup

   For custom finishes we pour a sample panel so you approve before the main pour.

3. 3

   Execute the pour

   Place, finish, and treat the concrete using the technique you selected.

4. 4

   Protect

   Seal with a UV-stable topcoat sized to the finish and the traffic.

How much more does decorative cost?

Typically 30–100% more than a plain broom finish, depending on the technique. We'll price it against a standard pour so you can compare.

Will it survive Mohave summers?

Yes — every finish we offer is spec'd for high-UV, high-heat conditions and sealed accordingly.
