Sidewalks look simple until you factor in cross-slope, expansion joints, detectable warnings, and clean transitions to existing hardscape. We handle all of it and pull the required permits for public right-of-way work.

Our process

Layout & permit
String lines, pull right-of-way permits, and mark utilities before the first shovel.

Form & reinforce
Set forms to grade, place mesh or rebar, and confirm slopes.

Pour & finish
Screed, float, edge, and broom for a slip-resistant surface.

Joint & seal
Tool or sawcut control joints, then seal expansion joints against the building.

- How wide should a walkway be?
- 4' is standard for primary walkways so two people can pass comfortably. 3' works for secondary paths.
