Stain is a chemical reaction with the concrete, not a coating, so it won't peel or flake. We prep the slab, apply the stain, neutralize, and seal — perfect for tired patios, garages, and shop floors.

Our process

1. 1

   Prep the slab

   Grind, clean, and repair the surface so the stain reacts evenly.

2. 2

   Apply stain

   Spray or hand-apply the stain, layer for depth, then let it react.

3. 3

   Neutralize & rinse

   Neutralize the acid reaction, rinse, and let the slab dry fully.

4. 4

   Seal & buff

   Apply a UV-stable sealer, then a sacrificial wax topcoat where needed.
