Concrete Staining
Transform existing concrete with acid or water-based stains.
Overview
Stain is a chemical reaction with the concrete, not a coating, so it won't peel or flake. We prep the slab, apply the stain, neutralize, and seal — perfect for tired patios, garages, and shop floors.
What's included
- Acid stains for mottled, natural tones
- Water-based stains for a wider color range
- Multi-color layering for depth
- Score-cut patterns before staining
- Densifier + sealer topcoat
- Interior and exterior applications
Our process
- 1
Prep the slab
Grind, clean, and repair the surface so the stain reacts evenly.
- 2
Apply stain
Spray or hand-apply the stain, layer for depth, then let it react.
- 3
Neutralize & rinse
Neutralize the acid reaction, rinse, and let the slab dry fully.
- 4
Seal & buff
Apply a UV-stable sealer, then a sacrificial wax topcoat where needed.
